At Spellbound, we take pride in carefully curating and checking each piece before it reaches you. However, if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle refunds and exchanges:

Wrong or Defective Items

If you have received a wrong or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel at info@spellboundstorysg.com or via Instagram DM.


To assist you efficiently, please include:

  • A clear photo of the defective or incorrect item

  • Your order number

Once reviewed and approved, you may choose:

  • An exchange (subject to availability)

  • Or store credit in the form of an e-voucher
    ​

Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 6 business days from the date of our approval.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • Store credits are non-transferable and valid for 1 year from date of issue.

Final Sale Items

All sale, discounted, and “as-is” items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, with no exceptions.
