How to measure your PIT to PIT

• Stand straight and relaxed.

• Use a soft measuring tape and measure  from one armpit to the other end around your chest.

• Make sure the tape is snug but not tight, and that it lies flat against your chest.

Or

• Choose a well-fitting top (e.g., T-shirt or blouse) that’s similar in style and material.

• Lay it flat on a table or any smooth surface, making sure there are no wrinkles.

• Measure straight across the chest, from one armpit seam to the other and multiply by 2. This is your pit-to-pit measurement.

• Compare this measurement to the item you’re interested in.

FOR THE HIPS:
To check if a bottom or dress will fit well at the hips, follow these steps:

• Stand with your feet together, in a natural and relaxed position.

• Wrap a soft measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. This is usually about 7–9 inches (18–23 cm) below your natural waistline.

• Make sure the tape is level all around (parallel to the floor) and lies flat against your body without digging in or hanging loose.

• Note the number where the tape meets — this is your hip measurement (in full circumference).

Compare your hip measurement to the size chart or product listing. For non-stretch or fitted items, allow some room (about 1–2 inches or 2.5–5 cm) for comfort.
